Maiaperfil – Metalomecânica, Lda. works with civil metalwork and metal construction as its primary activity, and we are made up of a qualified and experienced team, ready to face the most complex challenges, which guarantee superior results in each project we carry out.

Our facilities consist of a 5000m2 manufacturing area. 

Our company has 40 years of proven experience in the market with our products and especially with the satisfaction of our customers.

How it all began
In 1962, António Ferreiro das Neves, a tinsmith by profession, founded our locksmith shop with the arrival of the electricity grid in Loureira.
Name Change/Evolution and Legacy
In 1983, after the death of founder António Ferreiro das Neves, the company was renamed A. Ferreira das Neves Herdeiros, LDA., honoring his legacy and keeping his vision alive.
Change of facilities
In 1985, driven by the need for space to respond to the growing volume of work, we relocated our facilities to Fazarga, where we remain to this day.
Increase in facilities
In 1991, due to the increase in the volume and size of our work, we expanded our facilities once again, investing in the company’s growth.
Construction of the 2nd Industrial Complex
In 2001, the 2nd industrial complex was built. This expansion allowed us to incorporate advanced technologies, such as an automatic blasting tunnel and a new, larger painting section, strengthening our production capacity and the quality of our services.
Timeliness
Maiaperfil now has 30 employees, forming a team capable of developing customised solutions for each client. From design, through manufacturing and assembly on site, we offer continuous support to our customers.
